Supa Deurali
A popular hilltop goddess temple near Sandhikharka, crowded with pilgrims at Dashain and Chaite Dashain.
Supa Deurali Bhagawati is the best-known shrine of Arghakhanchi, on a ridge near the district headquarters of Sandhikharka. Devotees from across western Nepal come to make offerings, especially at Dashain and in Chaitra.
Arghakhanchi's name joins two of the old Chaubise kingdoms, Argha and Khanchi, whose hilltop forts can still be traced on nearby ridges.
